Since mid-2023, Open AI’s release of Chat GPT has sparked global interest in AI. Following this, major tech companies launched Large Language Models (LLMs), marking a significant technological milestone. However, the rapid development has raised concerns about our readiness for living with AI. In response, Axel Springer, embracing technology, initiated the creation of “LINK,” a product connecting companies to LLMs. A UX researcher from Welt and I led the project, developing the first MVP without market references. We conducted user interviews with internal staff and engineers to define the product's key features.
